Service Cancellation
Bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time may not be eligible for a refund.
Camp & Corporate Booking Cancellation
Medical camps and bulk bookings must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time.
Late cancellations may attract partial or zero refunds depending on preparation costs.
